I thought that making cheese is something very time and efforts consuming. However, my wife presented me with a special kit with detailed instructions. It turned out that to make a fresh cheese you need about 5 minutes of active action, some milk, and a lemon.

As soon as the milk is warm enough it’s time to add coagulant. In my case, it was a lemon. You need to squish juce from an average lemon to one liter of milk. It’s also a good idea to add some salt. As soon as all milk curdles, it’s time to put cottage cheese to a colander and put it into the fridge.

After forty minutes you have some fresh cheese. And keep in mind, that you need to eat it in three days, or it become too sour.
