Cinnabons

I used to bring home this sweet pastry on Friday before Coronovirus lockdown happened. But there is no end of restrictions and plenty of time for cooking, so I decided to make them on my own.

The hardest part was to make a dough and clean the kitchen afterward. I decided to bake them in the morning, so the dough was ready in the evening and stored in the fridge. Other parts were quite easy: to roll the dough, cover it with butter and cinnamon.

After the split roll into pieces, you can have a shower and read the latest news and in 40 minutes oven is waiting for the guests.

While the delicious smell is spreading around the apartment, you have plenty of time to mix covering (butter, cheese, and sugar powder). Then cover with this mixture hot pastry and breakfast is ready to go!
