Finally I have a chanse to write about jogging. I used to run a lot couple years ago and took park in several races every year. But for a while I was out of game and happy to return paticipating in REWE Team Challenge 2023.
Last year I was constantly on the move and jogging very little. From February to June I didn’t even had a sneakers to run. However, on June, after receiving my first salary since war began I bought a pair of sneakers and started jogging in Jana Pavla II Square. In September I was able to run 7k alonf Baltic See embarkment. But then I moved to Germany and didn’t have warm clothes to run during the winter and spring.
When warm weather established I started preparation for REWE race, but had only one month for it. So, my results (27 minutes) are not impessive but rather important for me. Since May I was training along the Elba embarkment and I should say I never had so long and so beautiful track in my life. It’s literaly endless. I’ve heard that track is going from Hamburg to Chech Republic and I can assume it is true. Moreover, this track does not cross any roads with car and you can enjoy running without interuption.
Going back to REWE race it was well organized with fruits and water before start, a lot of supporters along the roads and free beer and food after race.
